• Develop and execute the European procurement strategy for Maintenance, Repair & Operations
• Lead sourcing projects, supplier selections and contract negotiations with strategic partners
• Drive cost savings, standardization and value creation across ALPLA's European plant network
• Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Engineering and Operations teams to improve plant reliability and asset performance
• Identify innovations in maintenance, digitalization and supplier solutions that create measurable business impact

• Several years of experience in MRO Procurement, Technical Procurement or Category Management within an industrial environment
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Solid understanding of maintenance services, spare parts and industrial operations
• Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on approach
• Fluent English and willingness to travel within Europe

• A highly visible role with direct impact on manufacturing performance across Europe
• Flexibility to work from Hard or remotely from anywhere in Europe close to an ALPLA plant
