As part of the continued growth of the Innovation Hub and the Ventures division, we are looking for a Finance & Controlling Support professional.
The primary focus of the role is the Innovation Hub, with additional support for the Ventures division in controlling, reporting, and analysis activities.

This appeals to you

  • Operational ownership of controlling and finance activities within the Innovation Hub, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Active support in monthly and quarterly closings under IFRS, as well as forecasting and budgeting cycles
  • Involvement in controlling, reporting, and analysis activities across the Ventures division
  • Strong focus on data integrity, system consistency, and continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Hands-on work with SAP S/4HANA as well as reporting and planning tools
  • Close collaboration with international finance and business stakeholders in a matrix environment
 

This is you

  • Solid background in Controlling, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA; experience with OneStream adds a clear advantage
  • Exposure to international working environments, ideally in a matrix organization
  • Structured and reliable working style, combined with a high level of ownership and accuracy
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence handling financial data and reporting tools
  • Clear communication skills in English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
