What you will enjoy doing

Shape our Recycling Division by fostering a people-first culture that fuels growth and performance across our recycling plants. As a strategic HR leader, you will collaborate closely with our local HR and leadership teams to bring our People & Transformation strategy to life, aligning talent, culture and business goals to create lasting impact.

  • You functionally lead and support all local HR teams across our international recycling plants.
  • You act as trusted HR partner to our Recycling Division, plant managers and their leadership teams outside of Hard.
  • You drive personnel development programs with a strong focus on skills development, training needs, talent management, succession planning and leadership capability building within the recycling plants.
  • You lead organizational development and HR integration in M&A projects.
  • Together with the local teams, you ensure consistent HR standards, processes, and compliance across all recycling plants.
  • You oversee HR budgets and track key HR KPIs.
  • You manage global mobility topics, including expatriates, international assignments, taxation, relocations, and work permits.
  • You lead international recruitment for key roles within our Recycling Division.
