What you will enjoy doing

In this exciting and varied role, you will act as a Business Analyst at the interface between our internal HR teams, our Corporate IT and external partners. Within that you will play a key role in the global rollout of our new HR suite, helping to shape the future of HR across our ALPLA organization.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintain a strong business partnership between HR and IT by understanding strategic business goals and translating them into actionable solutions
  • Managing and prioritizing requirements: gathering, analyzing, and documenting new HR needs while considering the global IT landscape
  • Advising and guiding internal HR stakeholders with thoughtful, practical solutions
  • Supporting the implementation and global rollout of our HR suite, including taking ownership of a substream within the project
  • Collaborating closely with IT solution architects and HR experts to define and implement solutions
  • Supporting and continuously improving our HR systems to ensure they meet evolving business needs

What makes you great

  • Business economics background, ideally with professional experience in Human Resources
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, with a solid understanding of HR processes and how technology can support them
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
