You will be the key architect behind ALPLA’s digital product development IT landscape — shaping how ideas turn into industrial innovations.

• Design and evolve the architecture that connects our PLM, CAD, CAM, and ERP systems
• Bridge Engineering, Innovation, and IT to ensure smooth data flow and efficient processes
• Define integration standards and guide how digital tools interact across the development cycle
• Drive initiatives that turn disconnected systems into a unified, data-driven ecosystem
• Evaluate and introduce new technologies that make product development faster, smarter, and more transparent
• Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams on system design and digital strategy

• Solid background in digital product development or engineering IT (PLM, CAD, CAM, ERP)
• Experience with platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems
• A strong architectural mindset – you can see the big picture and design scalable solutions
• Skilled in data integration, system consolidation, and translating business needs into IT solutions
• Understanding of development processes in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Independent, analytical, and eager to build what’s next
